Do you need prayer?  Lifeline has a prayer team and would like to hear from you. 
There are a number of ways for you to let us know your prayer needs. 

• Fill out the form below.  It goes directly to our Prayer Team.  
• You may also fill out a card found at the welcome center at the church and drop it off in the prayer box or simply drop it in the offering basket when it's passed.
